Mark E. Cohen. Born in Wichita, Kansas, January 23, 1965; admitted to New York State Bar 1991, and U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Education: New York University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1987); Boston University School of Law (J.D. 1990). Prior to joining Pryor & Mandelup in 2021, Mr. Cohen maintained his own legal practice for 22 years concentrating in the fields of bankruptcy, debtor and creditors rights, and real estate transactions (residential and commercial). He is a member of the Consumer Lawyers Advocacy Committee for the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
